The hotel was spotless with very friendly and knowledgeable staff with excellent service. Enjoyed having central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television in the recently refurbished and reasonably large room. The location was perfect and comfy, right by center for touring and restaurants, the train station and the centre of town.

I always choose this hotel because it has helpful staff and I never regret it. They printed my tickets when I first stayed here. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a bar/restaurant. Plus, a welcome drink and flat-screen TV. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Had practical, new-fashioned room with huge modern bathroom, great water pressure. The hotel provided an amazing and good breakfast with cakes and great coffee, for instance.

The hotel is in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the historical center and Sassi of Matera. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a full minibar and a working restaurant on-site. The breakfast is phenomenal and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions of this beautiful city. We especially loved how close it was to the historical center, providing us with easy access to explore the stunning Sassi. Additionally, having a safe underground car park right in the center of the city was a great convenience for us.
